Roberts Lee
Having earned a national reputation for his ability to create and manage an overall strategy to manage the risk of his clients, Roberts has a fierce competitive nature which is a major asset when working on their behalf to negotiate terms and conditions, create loss prevention campaigns or in the claim adjustment process.
He is a native of Little Rock but considers himself an “Ark-La-Texan” based on growing up in Hot Springs, Shreveport and Texarkana. After graduating from the University of Arkansas, Roberts continued his education at LSU.
‘Berts enjoyed living in the Deep Ellum section of Dallas prior to starting his insurance career with Ellis Insurance in Hot Springs. In 1999, Roberts moved back to Little Rock to join Meadors & Adams as an Account Executive. The firm was looking for a young broker to help them grow and Roberts exceeded all expectations that showed his abilities to become one of the top brokers in Arkansas. In 2005, Roberts was named a Partner and the firm changed their name to Meadors, Adams & Lee.
Roberts is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and serves on the Board of the Little Rock Downtown Partnership. He enjoys all outdoor activities; particularly golfing, hunting and fishing and is a proponent of the SEC domination of college football.
Roberts and his wife Tammy have two boys: Gray and Cash. He enjoys spending time with his family on the lake, at the ball field and in the woods.
When asked to sum up his business philosphy, Roberts simply says “Work Hard”.
